Summer School "Healthy diet - between tradition and innovation" at the Biotechnical Faculty

From 4 to 12 September 2025, the Erasmus+ BIP Summer School "Healthy diet - between tradition and innovation" will take place at the Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana, bringing together more than 80 participants from three continents.

53 students from Portugal, Poland, North Macedonia, Japan, Spain, Romania, Belgium, India and South Africa are coming to Ljubljana from 13 universities. They will be accompanied by 31 professors from Slovenia, Portugal, Poland, North Macedonia, Japan, Romania, France, Italy and South Africa, working at 12 universities.

The Summer School will bring together knowledge, experience and different cultural perspectives on nutrition, with a particular focus on finding a balance between tradition and innovation in the design of healthy diets.
